Returns and Exchanges

Here at Krafty Kapers we ain to exceed your expectations. We carefully handcraft our gifts with the highest quality products.

To request a return, please email us at kraftykapers@outlook.com. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods.

We normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 3 working days of receiving your return or will provide a replacement where agreed.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
