Dispatch Times

Handmade personalised orders have a turnaround dispatch time of 7-10 working days, as all orders are individually made. Please note orders are not dispatched on Public Bank Holidays.

Delivery

For larger orders delivery times may vary as it will take longer to make. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class tracked delivery unless otherwise requested.

UK Special Delivery

Yes, we can send orders out Special Delivery by Royal Mail, your order will arrive next working day by 1pm (excluding bank holidays)  if ordered Monday to Friday by 1pm. Orders over the weekend with Special Delivery dispatch option will arrive on the following Tuesday by 1pm. Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on arrival. If nobody is at home at the time of the delivery a “something for you card” with instructions how to arrange redelivery or collection from local sorting office.
